Chris Wray, Partner, Kemp Little Consulting
Chris has 30 years of consulting experience spanning Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Price Waterhouse, Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte.
Chris’ partner roles during this time have included client and key account management, industry head, practice leader at an office and regional level together with national consulting leadership roles with Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte.
Notably, Chris was one of the founding members of Andersen Business Consulting which grew quickly from a small financial and operational consulting practice into a major consulting player with a full range of strategy, IT and programme delivery skills and a £100m practice.
His experience of technology and digital media related client issues comes from his role as lead consulting partner for Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte’s Travel, Hospitality and Leisure industry practices combined with being a founding director of Clustre – an innovative network of unique technology based products and services companies.
Chris is a hands-on partner with a wide range of strategy, financial, IT, people and process skills which, when combined with insights on relevant legal issues, makes him well placed to provide the overall architectural and programme delivery skills needed to deliver Kemp Little Consulting’s unique range of services.
Chris will use his experience of building consulting businesses to bring together unique combinations of competencies, technologies and delivery partners plus a strong dose of legal input from Kemp Little colleagues to lead the development of Kemp Little Consulting.
Camille Mendler, Principal Analyst and Head of Enterprise Verticals, Informa Telecoms & Media

Camille Mendler is Principal Analyst and Head of Enterprise Verticals at Informa Telecoms & Media. She has 18 years of multi-disciplinary experience in global telecommunications serving enterprises, service providers, ICT vendors and government bodies. An accomplished strategy consultant, Camille has delivered more than 70 expert engagements to clients worldwide.
At Informa, Camille’s team advises clients on leading-edge growth strategies, focusing on business models for cloud, M2M and broadband in vertical industries. Camille joined Informa in 2011. Previously, she was a vice president at Yankee Group, focusing on cloud computing, managed services and operator strategy.
Her industry experience includes roles in strategic marketing and fiber infrastructure development in European network operators, and she has served as an advisor to the Soros Foundations and the International Telecommunication Union.
Camille is a frequent public speaker and industry commentator. She is a judge of the GSMA Global Mobile Awards, Total Telecom World Vendor Awards and MEF Service Provider Awards.
Camille is a research fellow of the Russian Area Studies Master’s Program at Georgetown University and holds a B.S.in Journalism with a minor in Russian from Northwestern University. She is a member of Women in Telecoms and Technology.
Laurent Lachal, Senior Analyst, Software – IT Solutions, Ovum
Laurent Lachal is leading Ovum Software Group’s cloud computing research. He works in close co-operation with other members of the Ovum team, both within the software group as well as the Ovum IT services, telecom and vertical industry teams, to cover the various aspects of the cloud computing phenomenon and its impact on the software market.
In his 19-year career as an IT analyst, Laurent has provided software vendors and users with insight into a wide range of issues from high-level business strategy issues to low-level technology ones. He has a deep knowledge of most segments of the IT industry from infrastructure to applications and was until mid-2009 in charge of Ovum’s open source-related research activities.
Besides Ovum, where he has spent most of his career, Laurent has also been European software market group manager at Gartner Ltd.
